Imagine my Kara Creativ maintenance package as a check-up for your website, similar to getting your teeth cleaned or your car tuned up. I’ll take care of small issues early on, so you don’t have to deal with bigger and more expensive problems later.

Why do I need this?

Building a reliable and scalable web platform is not a one-off project. Getting it up and running does not necessarily make it “finished.” Keeping the site maintained and updated is key to ensuring that your web presence remains cutting-edge. They can suddenly start loading slowly, get hacked, or just mysteriously break because of a plug-in update.

Do you offer a free trial?

Because of the time it takes to learn your specific requirements, in addition to resource planning, we do not offer a free trial. However, if Kara Creativ Maintenance plan doesn’t meet your requirements, I will happily refund your money within 30 days.

How am I billed every month?

Bill payment occurs monthly and is entirely automated. You just make sure you have a valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card on file and we will take it from there. Your payment will be processed every month within a few days of your billing date.

So what's the catch?

Our maintenance plan is a considerable investment. We offer a premium hosting packages that includes 3 hours of additional support and updates to your site. Our hourly rate is $150/hour, we have found a happy medium for our clients to receive hosting and ongoing support at discounted rate for any updates they want to make on their site.

How do web maintenance retainers work day-to-day?

To submit requests, you simply email kara@karacreativ.com. I will reply with a confirmation that the task was received, and either act on the request or provide more information for you to choose how you’d like to proceed.

What if I don't use all of our monthly hours?

Monthly hours do not carry over in monthly chunks. So if you don’t utilize all hours for January, you can’t carry them over into February.

Do you store our payment information?

No, this is done with our payment processor. When you enter your credit card details on our site, our payment processor securely collects your payment information and passes a token to our site to respond if payment is accepted. Our servers do not store your card info and using tokenization ensures that no sensitive card data ever needs to touch our server.

What does this plan not include?

Email marketing and Social Media isn’t included in any plan. Our specialty lies in creating websites and giving you the infrastructure to do business with your customers efficiently. We’d help you with this stuff if we could, but it simply is not one of our specialties.
